OUR HISTORY

2014

Emmanuel Petit founded Eklo, supported by the co-founders of the Accor Group, Paul Dubrule and Gérard Pélisson, and opened the first two sites in Le Havre and Le Mans.

OUR PROJECTS

LOCATION:
Major metropolises or urban areas, in city centers or connected suburbs via public transport.

PROJECT TYPE:
New buildings or rehabilitations, as part of mixed or non-mixed projects.

MAIN CHARACTERISTICS:

Between 90 and 120 rooms on average, up to 150/200 rooms in the Paris region, with room sizes between 11 and 25 m².
The possibility of integrating our F&B concept (250 to 300 m²) with access to the outside (terrace, garden, or rooftop).

FLOOR AREA:
From 2300 m² to 5000 m² (approximately 25 m² per room).

CASE STUDY

EKLO
MONTPELLIER

  • Rehabilitation of an office building near the Saint Roch Station in Montpellier.
  • Creation of a 111-room hotel over 2,300 m², with 250 m² of F&B space featuring the new French Kiss concept, and 300 m² of outdoor spaces and gardens.
  • Operation carried out in VEFA with Aquipierre, completed in 2023 and financed by Ekom, the property company of the Eklo Group.

PORTE DE
VERSAILLES

  • Construction of a new building at the Porte de Versailles Exhibition Park.
  • Realization of 304 rooms over more than 6,500 m² with a panoramic restaurant of 300 m² on the top floor, including an outdoor rooftop terrace.
  • Operation carried out in BEFA, led by VIPARIS, completed in February 2024.
  • Building labeled Bream Very Good and NF Habitat HQE.
